Brand Guidelines
Taking care of a brand, to me, is about keeping things consistent while allowing it to grow. I make sure all assets follow the core brand principles but still work across different channels and needs. I document everything clearly and make assets available company-wide so teams aren’t recreating things or causing inconsistencies.
I also pay attention to when the brand needs to evolve — whether that’s because of growth, product changes, or a shift in audience — and I update it in a thoughtful, intentional way.
