At Ushur, Sales teams frequently came to me to clean up decks at the last minute. So I built a reusable sales deck system aligned with the brand framework. It included slide templates, icon libraries, messaging structure, and components. Everything was documented and shared cross-functionally. This resulted in fewer last-minute requests, faster turnaround times, and more consistent brand presentation externally.
